Zen Tropical Green Smoothie




Wake up to a taste of the tropics with this super easy and healthful breakfast smoothie. Ideal for those new to green smoothies, this recipe features spinach, which has a mild taste that blends seamlessly with the fruit.


Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • ½ cup (75 g) frozen mango chunks

  • 2 cups (60 g) baby spinach

  • ½ cup (125 ml) pineapple juice

  • ½ cup (125 ml) water

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and well incorporated.

  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

  3. Optional: Garnish with a few chunks of frozen mango for added flair.
